Information |
Deposits: One half gross rent plus $45 Admn. Fee
Payment Policies: Reservations may be made by phone, mail or in person at our office. A deposit of one-half of the total gross rent plus a $45.00 administration fee is required immediately after the reservation is made. When the check has been received we will mail you an agreement of lease. Please sign this agreement following the instructions on the lease and return to Atkinson Realty.
Cancellations: Once the reservation has been made and confirmed, and you have to cancel for any reason, your money is not refunded unless we re-rent the cottage for the same time period. Once the cottage is re-rented, your money is refunded less 15% of gross rent, plus a $45.00 administrative fee. Please be advised that it is extremely difficult to secure new rental agreements to replace those cancelled upon such short notice. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING. Transfers to other cottages are treated as cancellations. Deposits are not refunded.
Arrival/Departure: ARRIVAL: Cottages are available for check-in between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Every effort is made to insure that all units are clean and ready for occupancy; however, in some instances it is necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is ready. There are no rebates for such late occupancy. If you anticipate arrival after 5:00 p.m., please notify our office ahead of time so that arrangements can be made for keys and directions. COTTAGES will not BE AVAILABLE FOR CHECK-IN EARLIER THAN 3:00 P.M.. DEPARTURE: Check-out time is by 10 AM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Tax: 12.5% State, City lodging tax is charged on rent
