Deposits: A Booking Deposit Equal To The Sum Of 1-Night's Stay, Plus Tax, Is Required To Reserv
Payment Policies: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. Sorry, NO personal checks. All Reservations must be paid-in-full 14-days prior to our Guest's scheduled date of arrival.
Cancellations: 21-days or greater forfeits a $50.00 Service Charge, and the remaining balance is credited back to our Guest via company check. 20 to 15-days forfeits the Booking Deposit*. 14-days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*. *Unless the vacation property can be re-booked for the entire duration and at the same rental rate, in which case only the $50.00 Service Charge applies. In the event of cancellation, Mt. Baker Lodging reserves the right to re-book the vacation property at a lesser rental rate and/or for a lesser period of time.
